If I give my Savia Alice's passive and make her into a thief, will this make her more viable?

Before you ask, I rolled her because I like aggressive female knights and counterattacks. I know that she's more on the brick side of the tierlist.
But I don't care much about meta if it prevents me from playing characters I want.
