Sigh...Pulling back a bit from that dolt's nonsense here's my more more sober thoughts on this:

First, it must be emphasized hard that the Helldivers are very much an elite class of trooper. The conversations around the relative elite-ness of the divers is a tired one with many holding out that they're categorically an army of buffoons. They do seem to fight and behave like frat house party but they've also very much seemed to live up to that image in the field. Super earth is a funny faction and the IP aims for being a funny universe, Helldivers flubbing at being a film crew (Together for libert-auaurgh!) isn't mutually exclusive with them also being the guys able to do action movie stunts in the warzone.

Below is a sampling of lines that the SEAF will say about helldivers pulled right from the game. cutting a Lot because there is a lot of line mentioned in the wiki.

>The Helldivers are here!"
>Helldivers! We can't lose!.
>"A REAL Helldiver! (Helldivers are so rare that the SEAF guy's line emphasizes the 'real' like they may not have ever seen a helldiver before in the flesh),
>Sir or uh, Ma'am, it is the GREATEST honor.
>Uh – um – me? I mean – hello, Helldiver/
>Now we have a chance! (because a helldiver joined their squad),
>Pleasure to watch you work, Helldiver! (Impressed),
>Sweet mother of Freedom –– look at them go! (Impressed by helldiver),
>Thank Freedom they're on our side! (Impressed),
>MAN I wish I could shoot like that! (Proof of helldivers being excellent marksmen),
>Great shot, Helldiver! (again, helldivers can shoot good.),
>Wow. Flawless. (impressed)

Now with that out of the way I would still wager an odst to still be a marginally better trooper then average of helldivers with their tagline being "The best of the best....of the best." They're supposed to be a slice above being 'normal' elite spec ops while Divers are a category feel more all-encompassing as a social club of elite soldiers in general.
