>Here you can see a charging pad, the design of which, as explained above, may of course look somewhat different in reality. But what is most important is how it works. According to the description, the pad creates a charging field (FIG. 3), so that the Smart Bricks or other components of the system with batteries do not have to rest directly on the pad, but can also be charged as part of a built model (FIG. 4, paragraph 91). This would also explain why we found the pad surprisingly large last year based on the now deleted images. Several Smart Bricks could be charged simultaneously (FIG. 8), whereby moving them or reorienting them on the pad could increase or decrease the charging rate of the individual Bricks (FIG. 9, paragraphs 107 f.).
