I unironically don't consider CSIV having much filler. In fact it coalesced so much content from games prior and brought so many character arcs and even NPC arcs to a conclusion that I even feel it being rushed than anything. I would not cut down on CSIV's playtime even a bit. In fact it could need to take things a bit slower. It's the opposite from Kai. I unironically think CSIV is objectively Falcom's best game sheer content wise.
