I mostly see them used for mobility which is also nice, but I genuinely can't tell you the amount of times that shit saved me or let me keep the mark up efficiently. Its a good skill to have considering the map is fucking ribbed for her pleasure in most spots (rot woods being the foremost offender)

They're only fine as a last ditch thing in my experience. Regular bow with rain of arrows or barrage will still serve you better. Keep that Lion Greatbow for your Wylders and Raiders.
