I was having a really bad day at work like a flare up in my emotional problems I was feeling like really negative and frustrated about work and stuff (I have been for the past couple days) but I decided to just sit down and say a prayer and ask for the strength to help me get through the day and all the bad thoughts flushed away in mere minutes.
