Then north korean women at 18 years old in 1988 (born 1970) had the average height of 157 cm, if we add some possible height penalties to north korean women after the 1990's starvation events (0-, 5-, 10-, 15-cm in height possibilities) then the results would be pic related. You need a crazy -35 cm for it go down close to 4 feet territory.
