In branded, there were four decks that had been built with the idea of Special Summoning “Fallen of Albaz” or searching for him to use his fusions before branded fusion.
>Dogmatika: Nadir Servant, Ash dragon, Dogmatika Encounter (Trap Card so you could Special Summon Albaz from your hand or GY much more directly)
>Springans: The Sprind Dragon, Springans Blast, Springans Call, Springans Merrymaker, branded in high spirits, springans kitt
>Despia: Aluber only because his deck spells/traps have the Branded name, Branded in red (but not branded opening for some reason in this stupid archetype), and Despian Quaeritis. (Please abandon these bricks, Konami)
>Swordsoul: The Incredible Ecclesia, Golden Swordsoul

And of the four, they give Despians barely anything since their design is completely confused and dated to the brink. Possibly for the short-sighted idea of “we can make work with brick lords”. Awful typing, names, etc. Useless for anything that isn’t ultimately about summoning Despian Aluber. Quem’s existence further emphasizes how useless/pointless they are.

Springangs had a new engine thrown at them that did nothing but give them just one Omni-negate. And proper new bosses, starters, and extenders.

Dogmatika had a lot of direct support and seems to fuse with Branded’s overall concepts/cards far more smoothly.

Swordsoul was fed generic powerful wyrm support that helped with its ceiling.
