>When something is literally a sun, it is a sun.
Nope
>The Death Knight armor and weapons have suns built right into them in the most obvious way possible.
They don't
>You're claiming that Stormveil is part of the Sun Realm because it has gold to cap off its towers
And a Sun Gate
And Banished Knights
And many graves of the Old Order from which thorns appear
>The Realm of Shadow obviously didn't engage in Erdtree burials.
None of the Lands Between engaged in Erdtree burials before Marika, this defeats your argument that Catacombs were created for it when countless bodies are not in the ground merging with roots.
>Why wouldn't there be tons of gravestones?
Because those are spirit gravestones you utter retard
>A piece of a gravestone that has started to turn into a spirit.
Material used for crafting items.

>In places to where the dead have been brought since antiquity,
the oldest gravestones turn into spirits and then fade away.
The catacombs were not built for Erdtree burial, which is why they are multilayered, vertical and built with small enclaves to place bodies. Only later they were adapted to connect to the roots through a floor at the bottom.
The dead were placed, in catacombs of graveyards, and their souls then found their way to the Realm of Shadow, where it formed spiritgraves and from which larval tears were created.

>The dragons are gold because they were the previous favorites of the Greater Will until their God ran away
No, the Dragons were gold because they lost their color during the Eclipse (except Fortissax who is still golden). Their God didn't "run". Their God is the Sun.

All your Godwyn made up headcanon has nothing to do with this

>it isn't a coincidence at all that Fia's rune looks like a Sun.
What about Rune of Perfect Order?
I guess every Ring shaped emblem is a Sun in Elden Ring (except the wctual Sun medallion, the Sun Avatar, the Sun visage, the Blazing spherical ball of Fire of the Fire God, ...)
