One moment, Carthetyia is fighting Lupa, in then next she's hanging out with her. All scenes are unrelated because of Christoforo's powers.

Well, this is ass. I had no way of solving the "mystery" on my own. I couldn't put the pieces of the puzzle together because the pieces are unconnected.
