They're reliable in that we know all her numbers and how her kit works already. If you know how to read Kuro's shitty kit descriptions, you already know how to play her, so you just add up the motion values with the multipliers and that's where these calcs come from. It's a lot of math but it's not rocket science. That's also why they're DPR calcs and not DPS calcs.
Chem doesn't have access to the beta, and those who do don't help theorycrafters really. So it's just theoretical until we get access. It tends to be pretty accurate though.

Just finished Phrolova's story and gotta say it's pretty good for a gacha. It appears that she dies at the end but knowing the nature of gachas and hints about her return planted here and there, we know it's not the case.

Still, I just want to ask you anons what incentive there is for characters to return in this cancerous genre?

My biggest gripe with gachas is that story only serves a purpose of advertising a banner.
You barely get to know your waifus. You get a story patch which lasts 1.5-3hrs and then they are off to another waifu. We might get few cameos here and there but that's about it.

Not once we had previous waifu return in any significant way, no matter how important she appears to the story or Rover (not even SK has reappeared despite heavy implications of her being Rover's canon wife)

So even if phrolova will return, we will probably not get a patch dedicated to her, just few apperances here and there, right?

For most new players who don't have Yao, Augusta is a better pick as everyone has Cart and doesn't need support acting as cope dps in aero team
For old players who have Yao, Augusta without Iuno is meh (Frog as Iuno alternative does half the team damage and she's Havoc and won't get dmg bonus in electro-buffed scenario). And Iuno as dps is still suboptimal for old players as again everyone has Cart or Cia
So they're shit meta-wise if you're not getting them both
