I think the concept art usually looks cooler, but some people don't realize that the changes, which usually simplifies and makes the art as a standalone product less "interesting" is what makes so wuwa is the only gacha whose models look better than the art. Shark lupa looks cooler in the design, but current 3D lupa is what works in the setting and just overall in game.
