I don't know who's spot is gonna get conquered shorty mc'short face emperor, man. Phainon/Sunday obviously staying, but MC/Cipher have their conveniences. Is the true damage from MC a bigger buff than Cipher's raw dmg amp? Or can I keep the kitty cat?
