But this is also a Gamblers Fallacy because it ignores confounding factors that can influence these averages both in the past as well as into the future. You assert already that there was somehow a significant evolutionary divergance between blacks and whites within a 50,000 year timeframe which is absolutely asinine, but then you selectively choose to believe this evolution magically stopped after the 18th century for no reason. There is no reason why intelligent black populations couldn't exist simply by raising their standard of living and having them selectively breed to produce offspring to maintain said higher standard of living. In the real world we can actually see this happening. IQ is up across the board since the end of Jim Crow laws because blacks now have more economic opportunity. You also erroneously believe that IQ is purely genetic and cannot be influenced by other factors such as nutrition
