You might be right about Cronin, he was a bodyguard and also Kazama likes being close to his teammates, but he also can be a pain in the ass given he created Viper and Scorpion (along with Jin), he likely has them in his loadout. Raizo is Kazama's friend so they got good synergy and I bet Raizo asked him to be his sparring partner to test and improve raygust.

Sawamura might be a better Kitora so definitely not jobber but out of the four special agents yeah she sounds as the weakest. Nonetheless she's enabled by Arashiyama et al.

T-1 are absolute mega cancer with aids given Jin will take the helm. His weakness is being overwhelmed by a skilled opponent so I'm thinking Kuga + Katori or a similar duo, thinking back during the BT retrieval arc. At least he doesn't have Fuujin but now he has three broken teammates, so whoever is taking him on needs snipers and gunners/shooters.
