What in particular? Cause it really sounds like a joke about that one image of Vegeta's various forms displayed next to each other in a way that makes it look like Vegeta wearing a jacket is his strongest form, and given how weirdly frequently I see Dragon Ball jokes in these threads, I can't rule that out.
