Women have lower risk of strokes and heart attacks, besides that a natural bodybuilder will have a lower chance of strokes and heart attacks all else being equal that someone who doesn't do much exercise.

Kyriakos is not a bodybuilder but a strength athlete, his biggest health problem is his weight, he could do the same amount of exercise (with less weight because he would be lighter) and be healthier.
He's still healthier than someone his weight that doesn't train.
Ronnie Coleman got injured but the long term issues with his back came from a botched surgery.
