Recycling center, I suppose we'll be making a lot of trash and it would be good to recoup the materials.
Magic forge for production. I don't know what it needs, but I suppose I can trade finished products for raw materials at a profit.
Brewery/shipping, surely there's a market for it and we can use the farm's crops. Shipping and recieving dock included for both cost and convenience. The minions can drink some on afterhours.
Spawning pit, we always need more workers, if my RTS experience taught me something.
Merchant's quarters for trading. If they don't accept booze or magic forge stuff, I suppose I can sell the booze and buy earth knick knacks (or make a minion do it for me).
Room of illusions, this is a must-have.
Computer room and gym. The minions can use the gym when I'm not using it. Computer room is strictly off-limits.

The idea is that I have a comfortable neet life while the homunculi run an industry and/or brewery for money.
