Canto 8 was fucking stupid. Hong Lu knew where the inner chambers was all along, we didn't have to participate in this dumb competition at all. We could've just squatted outside the elder's chambers and waited it out.
Alternatively, we could've just used the chaos where there's no sitting regent and no loyal Heishous to walk in and take the Bough. Fucking stupid.
