So, I wound up trying turmeric since I know it stains literally everything forever. I filled a cooking sheet with a mixture of warm water and turmeric powder, then let the pickguard soak in it for an hour. Maybe a bit yellower than I wanted, but it worked. It also helped even out the lighter area where the sticker was.
