Well based on the anon from last thread, Blade is much better than Bucky, so Bucky deserves another buff.

Strategist players are bad. Duelists don't peel. Divers that deal solid damage is too much for them to handle. They refuse to play Rocket and Ultron. Strategist roster is incredibly small.
