makaroll seems to combine well with mashutarou_(neko_no_oyashiro)
tipii and sidarim combos are okay "comic" alternatves.

I haven't touched novelai (as suggested by anon) yet but if it has maka but does the modern smudgy outline style instead of ~2020 era then I'm gonna cry.
