So, as a new player coming from pgr, am I getting this right? You can't actually roll on any previous five star until their sole specific banner reruns? All I am seeing in the convene are the trashy 5 star chinkslop characters. No phoebe, no Camellya, no Carlotta, etc. The fuck happened? in PGR you can run standard banner and still get a ton of prior elite characters that had their run a patch later.
