Because clip studio doesn't run natively on it, and I dislike other art program alternatives.
That's really the only reason. I've used it before, so I'm familiar with it. Really liked it for the most part.

Putting too much shit in nobody wanted just to try and look competitive to shareholders. This ultimately clogs up the one thing people loved windows for: the seamless user experience. When you obfuscate context menus, insist on AI bullshit, and mandatory updates, that all just gets in the way. When you use a computer, it's supposed to be a bridge between you and what you wish to do: a smooth straightforward drive. Windows is putting speedbumps and roadblocks all over the bridge.
Meanwhile, many linux distros are doing the opposite, and focusing on removing the roadblocks and obstacles they're notorious for to try and achieve a seamless experience windows is losing.
