But what they lack are dollars because they have a fake state run economy which is obviously extremely inefficient and leads to things such as the electric grid completely collapsing or people not being able to get food.
They have been liberalizing their economic structure "significantly" (for them) recently. The regime can see the writing on the wall. I think they're going to try to go China mode with it.
