Why are BB pirates so fucking ass?

Its kinda insane how fucking boring is East Blue in comparison to the other seas
>west blue is just a giant mafia and gangster turf wars offing each other en mass
>north blue is like the middle east of our world, harsh, full of conflict and poverty
>south blue is also brutal, the island Kid was born into sounds like the Meteor City from HxH, most admirals were born there and more
