Rocks is the best character since Garp was introduce after Enies Lobby andOda trying so hard to make it seem like his crew didn't like him is stupid.
By all measures, Rocks is one of the most likeable characters in the whole story AND he is a badass AND he is smart AND he is knowledgeable.
Depicting his crew as disliking him is, at best, a cop out to make their apparent betrayal in God Valley reasonable.
Oda's writing never seemed so poorly thought out like this.
If you bring up that all of them have Conqueror's Will and that is the reason then you're retarded. They being Davy Back recruits also isn't enough.

The more we see of Rocks and the other high tiers, the more I wonder how the hell is Dragon supposed to live up to the “most dangerous man in the world” title.
