"Needs" is a strong word. CYL10 will either be Sigurd/Sylvain or Sigurd/Fomortiis. Even without random bullshit like the Tsubasa and Azura rallies, Sylvain could still win.
But reddit going for Tsubasa and Azura (and maybe begging the Engage voters to all go Ivy) will absolutely net Sylvain a win.
