The fact that the Kuja used to be celebrities that had to deal with creep shots says a lot about Hancock's reign as empress. They were always a matriarchal society but Hancock hates men and wants them all dead so she just freezes any who get close. Shaky, Tritoma and Granny Nyon were all much nicer.

I'm sure a lot of people were earnestly expecting Hancock to join so she could thirst for Luffy up close. That'll never happen though since she's actually way too powerful to have around
