If anything, I think R+V might replace Olivia in midrange lists. They're not quite the same role, but comparing the two.

You miss out on the heal, but they're kind of similar if you just look at card advantage from drawing vs virtual card advantage of throwing two 5/5 rushes onto the field. I imagine midrange lists will experiment with keeping medusa but cutting Olivia.
