And the thing is if the whole point of the collections are to get us through the MGS series then MGS4 is the most important one left from a plot perspective. Regardless of whether you hate it's story or not, it's still basically the big fancy finale timeline wise (not counting Rising) and any players invested in the story would get confused why MGS2's story never got a follow up.
I can understand people liking a game like Phantom Pain better, but nothing on it is nearly as important in terms of the overall franchise plot.

There IS no MGS4 on 360, or ANY other console besides PS3. Even if they could somehow get the rights and get it running, it would have had to have been spread apart amongst a million DVDs since a 360 ran on DVDs while PS3 were on blu-ray that could hold way more data. MGS4 was a a huge game in terms of storage space at the time.
