I don't know about any unified resouce, but the one I went to is the Taito HEY in Akihabara. It's got bullet hells like DOJ, Ketsui, Saidaioujou, a full size Darius 2 cabinet, G-Darius, a fighting game floor with stuff like third strike, bomberman, that train simulator one, etc
