Made some new subclasses and ultimates for them.

1) "Stormkeeper" class, "Icebreaker" subclass, "Snowstorm" ultimate
2) "Harbinger" class, "Bannerman" subclass, "Clan Banner" ultimate (mounts banners on his back, also there will be some banner improvements later)
3) "Pugilist" class, "Knockout Master" subclass, "Knockout Punch" ultimate (mighty punch, if it kills the enemy, he will fly away and K.O. message will appear).
