Alot of the remaining living talent behind Tiny Toons and Animaniacs retired by 2018/2019 because they couldn't get Animaniacs back.
Some are freelance however, Toshihiko Masuda (the guy behind all of TMS' Disney and Warner Bros works) has been freelanced since 2003 due to Secret of Cerulean Sand's bombing, he just did this for E&H Production.
