It works on that enemy yeah, you are free to leak it all the time and it wont take any shields or hp
By bosses I mean enemies that take more than 1 HP for leaking. basically anything that would leak 1 HP can be freely ignored. Can't think of a non-boss enemy that does this is why. To note im not sure how it interacts with that bosky that increases leak HP
