What do you need to learn about it? Elaborate a little so we can help, but if you mean how the TP check works, it's very simple. If the enemy is a colossal boss, or the enemy cannot walk back to their original tile after the TP, it cannot be teleported. So stuff like teleporting them into the side lanes of Red cert stage 5, where the mortars are? You can't teleport the sarkaz in the middle to that tile since they would not be able to walk back. There's nothing that could've caused such a drastic change, yet she feels like a different character. It's worse than BtI and RLS, devoid of all the fun both of them had, no doctor except for a very small cameo, and the plot is very political and serious but not in an entertaining way like BtI was. It's the worst of Victorian politics. Overall it feels very odd as a story, and it's also depressing. The mood is somber, "nasty politics", and empty, and many of the CG reflect that. I would easily rate it the worst Kjerag story. The writing feels noticeably worse. It feels like a setup event for Kjerag 4, so I give it a pass.

It ends on basically a cliffhanger of sorts so Kjerag 4 is confirmed and it paves the way for it in the future, probably 2 years from now, we'll get it. There will probably also be a Kjerag omnibus but it will probably be a Kjerag 3.5, to build up Kjerag 4 if anything.

They seem to understand each other more now, especially now that Pram has become a lot more experienced in her position and is able to empathize with SA, and they are not immediately arguing like they did in RLS. Good news. They recently changed the way factions work, so what used to be just "Karlan Trade", we'll now have "Kjerag" and "Karlan Trade". This means all the non Karlan Kjerag ops can be made operators a lot more easily, like Ratatos, Valais, and the new snow leopard girl.

SilverAsh is good, he's just not necessary. There's plenty of broken options these days and as a vanguard, he's more DPS than actual utility. He also has the problem of the skill relying on deploys, which means to make full use you need to leave a lot of ops undeployed (and the higher value units for his skill generally have much longer redeploy timers than 17 seconds, the best option is probably unironically Skadi S2).
