You wont really find raid teams in the in-game fireteam finder, especially if you actually want to complete it.
LFG is retarded, sure, but the higher the barrier of entry to something the more it filters out people who give a shit and are willing to put the effort in to win. Discord's D2 LFG and shit should be your staple for anything raiding, not the in-game stuff because you'll just get console dads who just think they can get carried while their baby sucks on their nipple and they beat their wife with a hammer.

I see plenty of people doing the raid in the discord server
