Not really, and its not that I inherently dislike city builders, but more so that aren't really a legit genre and rather just extremely casual logistics games. Like there's no gameplay element in Anno that isn't present in OpenTTD or Factorio. Its just an extremely simplified version of that. City Skylines almost breaks through that glass ceiling but ultimately doesn't.
