Except their enforcement might not even be their own choice, as my understanding of the settlement agreement they had with the ATF was that they "have to" protect their IP via litigation, but then it is confusing because anyone with just a handful of braincells can see that the super safety and the super selektor are totally different mechanisms to force the reset of the trigger than the rare breed design, so their suits are either a) The will of the ATF or b) Frivolous and unfounded, in either case, lame and gay.
