The usual psychos are usually releasted by an LTS-like schedule. They'll get a 5150/M1/Jailtime update and be stable for 1-2 years and after their sentence or "sentence" they usually brick and go back to spamming cp/gore/whatever. Then the government releases a new update to jail them again.
