With all the debuffs she applies and Robin's buffs and additional damage, she feels like a "DPS window" type DPS during their downtime if that makes sense? It's okay, maybe a bit meh. The cone helps with debuffing enemies further and simplifying Kot's SPD requirements so she can stack more offensive stats.
TLDR; not really, but it simplifies her build and debuffs enemies even further for more teamwide damage amp
