I just blindly follow the order even overthrowing Titan and confront my fate. It's like everyone keep wanting me to meet their expectations

Just when I thought its over and I can finally leave my home planet to travel across the cosmos. A group of dangerous peoples that claims have been waiting for me already wants me to join them to "Bring the Will of Destruction" and they said it was an order from Aeon THEMselves. I like Amphoreus, but the biggest problem is that the devs kinda failed to give a good hook in 3.0 to get people invested. Just trailblazing is not enough, and the fuel is very abstract. They could have used finding out what is wrong with March, or have TB hear a voice thinking it is the Stellaron, or actually give the Herta part more than 5 minutes per patch. Once people checked out in 3.0, it is very hard to make them care about the characters which makes everything feel like filler.

With all the debuffs she applies and Robin's buffs and additional damage, she feels like a "DPS window" type DPS during their downtime if that makes sense? It's okay, maybe a bit meh. The cone helps with debuffing enemies further and simplifying Kot's SPD requirements so she can stack more offensive stats.

I've always held the opinion that they should have divided Amphoreus sub-plots more equally to lift off some weight that one may have. it really hurts that it's 80-90% on the planet with Herta and M7 fighting for the scraps. I think a lot of the pacing issues could be fixed by removing the genuine filler and replacing it with more Herta (Erudition) and M7 (Remembrance) to tie the 3 Aeons together nicely. I really doubt that the pay-off to M7's bs is going to be good with how little we've seen of her (or really anything outside of the simulation). it's even more grim if 3.5 has Phainon also be erased from the narrative and they still don't do anything with March. Guess I keep skipping her cone then. Calced that with the cone, switching to pioneer, and putting all free stats in crit would result in 1.7x more damage, but her base damage just felt so low that it didn't even felt worth it. So went EHR chest and max speed instead. Cone is still good (especially since it affects all enemies), but doesn't feel necessary for her to be good as a support. Did you save her ult for a big finish on Hoolay? Still trying to learn the timing on her and feel like I should be able to save a cycle.

This is kind of problem that started in Penacony, but imo the problems with Amphoreus is that they wanted to kill everyone. I'm not joking.
Because they wanted to kill every rollable character, they had to (more like, had the excuse to) not give them side stories/company quests/whatever you want to call and HAD to force them into the story.
For real, the only really relevant character to the overall plot was Anaxa, with him trying to prove his theory of the loop. We DON'T need Aglaea and Tribbie both being 1000+ yo, talking in riddles, and only talking about the profecy. We DON'T need Mydei, Castorice, or Hyacine being main characters, they could easily be side characters since it's not like we really NEEDED to kill them (maybe only Castorice because she was the link to the previous loop).
Cipher barely had anything so hers could also easily be side content, but it's fine as it is.

Yeah based on the 3.0 livestream I expected the outside part to be a full separate storyline, but it basically only shows up in the last 5 minute of a patch to bait a cliffhanger. I thought 3.0 was fine when I played it, but in hindsight they could have cut some stuff with Nikador. Would have added the grove, Mydei ascending and then defeating the flame reaver to 3.0. That would have sped up the rest of the Amphoreus storyline as well, which allows the Herta reveals to be earlier. Like 3.1 could have been Herta meeting Lygus, since the council with him would have been introduced in the same patch.
