Check out Radiophobia 3. It adds a few more quests + stash hunts onto the vanilla story. Maybe it's up your alley. I had fun with it.

Fun, I like. The dev still actively works on it and puts out patches. When it came out few years ago it was ass and buggy.
Just download and play it. If it's not to your liking, abandon it.
