NTA, but I can confidently say I'd enjoy it significantly less, because sex is a critical part of Panty (and to a lesser extent Stocking's) character. They are rebellious, obscene, unashamed free spirits who both in universe and from a meta perspective are a rejection of moderation and puritan culture. They represent the series perfectly - over the top, rude, crude, and incredibly fun to be around. To remove the sex from that equation would be to clutch pearls and go "okay, we're willing to shuck SOME norms, but not these, more important ones," which spoils the entire point.
