I'm not too versed in Iron Fist so I had to look this up, but Chiyou has actually already appeared in Marvel Comics. Very friendly looking. So in the comics he's an ancient demon god of war sealed in three tombs including one under K'un-Lun, and the Sword of Fu Xi, which Lin Lie wielded as Sword Master before becoming Iron Fist, is one of the things keeping him imprisoned and it being broken has weakened the seals.

So I'm gonna guess the second map this season will be set at the tomb trying to stop Chiyou being unsealed. Probably the vision of Yinglong appearing to Matt is an illusion by a minion or Chiyou himself.
