I will say what i said last thread, i think Black Hat has already "won" and controls both the heroes and villains behind the scenes which explains why some of the heroes and P.E.A.C.E are insufferable assholes and there appears to be some sort of generational shift

Personally i think Blackhat or one of his cronies the President, i think the story will eventually reveal that, like Mark Millar's wanted, Blackhat has already won and is just pitting the new generation of heroes and his flunkies at each other for entertainment. It's why new gen heroes seem to be insufferable or kinda sucky, and P.E.A.C.E is morally dubious, he's influenced everything with his evil.
