Kawaguchi is indeed seen as someone with potential, the problem is that the stories he wants to publish clearly don't catch the attention of most of the Jump readers. Otr has problems and the WSJ editors are dogshit, because just like in Red Hood, Kawaguchi's new editor doesn't know how to help him. If Galaxias was in Jump, it would definitely have been axed by now.
