Protests yet it's practically a stalemate.
They have absolutely demolished Vučić's ratings but he has the mandate until 2027. Can he recover it? Probably not.
He used to say "they can't beat me in elections I'll give you elections whenever you want" and then changed his tune completely to "elections late 2026 at the earliest" and then began touting december 28th for elections recently but then the rioting started.
I think he figured the longer it drags on, the worse his chances are and that he can do nothing at all to discredit the protesters in any meaningful capacity so that's why he started talking about december, a last attempt to try and steal the elections and get back legitimacy I guess. Now that even without election fraud we have riots idfk what he's gonna do.
