>RGB have the same plot so it doesn't matter
>GS have the same plot but Crystal adds more, it's the definitive edition
>RS plot is based almost entirely on fighting Team Aqua, to the point Emerald, the definitive edition of the GBA games, has to make up new things for Team Magma and Groudon and leave almost everything from the original games to Team Aqua and Kyogre
>DP has Pt as definitive edition on DS, in remakes Dialga's game seems to be the canon one since Legends Arceus uses the Spear Pillar layout of Diamond and Brilliant Diamond, not the one from Pearl and Shining Pearl o from Platinum
>XY case may be more clear after Z-A but so far Lysandre and Xerneas seem to be canon given USUM shows his in the same version that has Cyrus with Dialga
>(U)S(U)M links Solgaleo oriented editions to villains using Xerneas and Dialga so that one is the main canon one
>nobody cares about galashit but Zacian's edition is the one that has you evolve Cosmoem in Solgaleo, like Sun and Ultra Sun, so Sword is the canon one here
>SV also divided Cosmoem evolutions by edition and Scarlet is the one that gets the same evo as Sword, Sun and Ultra Sun
We have Sapphire, Diamond, X, Sun, Sword and Scarlet. What about Black and White? Ghetsis uses Zekrom in Ultra Sun but whose dragon was that? The one that would otherwise be used by Hilbert (meaning he comes from an alt version of White) or the one used by N (meaning he comes from an alt version of Black)? We know for Terapagos that the Master Ball guarantees capture but doesn't make the pokemon stay with you so I find unlikely N was killed and his dragon used by Ghetsis to go against their original goals, not to mention the ball is different too. The animated trailer of B2W2 and the ashnime also show N with Reshiram but who knows, N is paired with Zekrom in some media too.
Which one do you consider the canon story (or "main canon" considering the multiverse makes it so all games happened), Black or White?
