This is a roadside waterfall - well you can't SEE it from the road, but it's like 50 ft in. Someone parked a tractor in the little gravel pullout where you would otherwise park. There was a 3-way junction just nearby that had room to pull over and no signs saying you couldn't park - but it was still pretty awkward.
